Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in both inches and centimeters. For the perfect fit:

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your swimwear to you fast! If you need to make changes, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing process (typically within 1-2 hours of ordering).

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two great ways to get your swimwear:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days at our Seattle headquarters.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with the exception of some remote areas in Asia and a few other select locations. We handle all customs documentation – no hidden fees! You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Click the tracking link in your email or visit the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey from Seattle to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Tide Wisp swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
Water-loving Tip: Try on swimwear over underwear when checking fit – we can’t accept returns on items that have been worn in water.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International returns may take additional time for customs clearance.
