We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Here’s how our easy process works:

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for approval – our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship your return to our Seattle address (return shipping is at your expense)
  5. Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Exchange Process:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the item/size/color you wish to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  4. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs on the new item unless the exchange is due to our error

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear that has been worn or tried on without protective undergarments
  • Items without original tags or packaging

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all accessories included.
